• If you initiated the return after 14 days, you will not eligible for a refund. Hence, we encourage our customers to check on the product immediately upon received.
• We reserved the rights to limit the return/refund request without original receipt of the purchase.
• After receiving your item, our team will inspect the product and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase within 14 days.
• Please note that Shipping and Delivery fees are non-refundable.
